Set during the late Ming Dynasty, the movie tells a story of Qinglong who comes from a government group is named Jinyiwei including secret service agents trained in violent combat since their childhood to become the strongest kungfu artists. After the reign of the emperor falls into one eunuch Jia’s hands, his mission is looking for people who are still faithful to the emperor to defeat Jia and recover his country.
