Andrew Norris (King) is the new music teacher at a troubled inner city school where teachers and students have to bring weapons to protect themselves. The school is run by a delinquent named Peter Stegman who leads a gang selling drugs, running a strip club, and causing all kinds of mayhem. The conflicts between Norris and Stegman become more intense, ending up with Norris destroying the gang one by one.
