Dave Kovic, who runs an employment agency, looks similar to the president of the United States, Bill Mitchell and sometimes is asked to work as a Bill Mitchell impersonator. One day, after he is hired by the Secret Service to act as a decoy for an upcoming appearance by the president, President Mitchell suddenly suffers a massive stroke, and to keep this secret, Dave has to continue his acting role until Mitchell recovers.
