Base on a true story, this film follows a Congressional lawyer on his quest searching for the cheating. The popular questions and answer television show "Twenty One" is suspicious of being fixed because of a participant, who can easily answer question after question. Richard Goodwin the lawyer finds it is not fair and start his adventure to uncover the cheat to public.
