In the sequel to the hit comedy in 1992, Academy Award winner Whoopie Goldberg reprises her role as Deloris Van Cartier, a Las Vegas singer who hid out with in a convent of nuns so that the gangsters can't find her. This time, Deloris goes undercover as Sister Mary Clarence at a troubled inner-city school full of uninterested students.
