The Postman

A nomadic traveler who becomes known as the Postman (Kevin Costner) stumbles across an abandoned U.S. Postal Service jeep and dons the dead postal-worker's uniform. He then wanders through towns in the Northwest, delivering old mail while unwittingly inspiring hope through an empty promise of a "Restored United States of America".
