The movie follows an exhausted attorney Eddie Dodd who defends drug dealers that makes him leave behind the work related to civil rights. Dodd is urged to re-open a case of a young Korean man Shu Kai Kim who is in jail due to involve in a murder by his associate Roger Baron. And their investigation uncovers the connivance among district attorney and several police men.
