The film follows the thrilling adventure of two unlikely bungled detectives Anthony and Julian. Two assassin sisters Tatiana and Mina disguised as Russian high-en call girls arrive in New Orleans in a club for a "sex party" held by The U.S. military soldiers where their actual mission is to steal military secrets. After the party turns to massacre Mina is killed and Tatiana runs away leaving soldier Wilson - who turns out to be Julian's cousin - injured. The wannabe detective team sets out their investigation and discovers a military secret they wish they didn't.
