In the beginning of season 9, Missy's parents come and visit the Robertsons. As a tradition of their family, Jase asks her father to go hunting duck, and although they get almost nothing from the hunt, they do get closer as friend. Meanwhile, Willie help John Luke start his own business of making snow cone.
