Brought in by chief of police Michael King, a group includes paranormal investigator Nick Groff, tech whiz Bill Hartley and "paranormal sensitive" Elizabeth Saint will use their skills to help residents restore peace to their homes and find out why Shepherdstown is such a hotbed for hauntings.
