Dr. Anton Rudolph breeds a giant python to make it a the ideal living weapon. But when he transports this python by air, a serious plane crash happens and flees the python near a small American town. It goes around and kills the locals. While Rudolph teams up with Bart Parker, a military security expert to round up the python, the locals ask for help from John Cooper, a man knows about the snake, to eliminate it.
