The second season follows former FBI agent Ryan Hardy and his niece, NYPD detective Max Hardy and their quest to recapture serial killer Joe Carroll after Joe's faked death. After several mysterious incidents and encounters with some complicated people, however, Ryan realizes that Carroll’s montrous group of bloody killers hasn't been swept away.
