The film is inspired by a true story of a woman named Laren Sims who is con- artist and master of disguises to steal from the others. In spite of her crime, Laren still is a loving mother to her daughter Haylei. For starting a new life with Haylie in California, Laren gets married with e rich rancher Lucas McKenzie, but she must become murderer to protect her dark secret when Lucas finds the truth of her past.
