Daddy Big Enos and son Little Enos are opening a seafood restaurant and they want it to be well-known by their usual bumbling style, they hire Cletus to haul a Jaws-replica shark from Miami to Texas to promote their restaurant. But Cletus, a brand new bandit - a former truck-driving friend of the original Bandit, somehow mess up with Sheriff Buford T. Justice, and is on his way on another wild cross-country run.
