The Boy and the Beast

Also known as "Bakemono No Ko", this animated movie from director Mamoru Hosoda tells the story of Kyuta, a young orphaned boy living on the streets of Shibuya who accidentally falls into a fantastic world of beasts. There he meets Kumatetsu, a gruff, rough-around-the-edges warrior beast and little by little, considers him as his blood father.
